ADDTITIONAL INFORMATION

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH YOUR APPLICATION (ITEMS 1-7). YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT COMPLETE AND ACCURATE INFORMATION:

Identification or passport, green card.

 Copy of Picture ID, i.e., Driver’s License or Alien Card or Passport, along with copy of social security card 

Landlord Reference Letter.

FIVE

Letter must have occupancy date, contributions rate (Rental Payments), and contact information to whom you pay rent too. 

Employment Letter

SIX

Employment Letter must include the date you was hired, salary, and contact information to HR department or Supervisor.

You can get a typed letter from the person you pay your rent to or contribute to the home where you stay. 


Yes, you will be responsible for paying the application fee of $20, a background check of $30, and an Employment Verification fee of $45. Broker commission only applies if the landlord isn't paying a commission on the tenant's behalf, called Owner Pays (OP)  


Yes, the landlord needs either your Rent Receipts or Utility Bill. Examples of Utilities Bills: Electric Bill, Cable Bill, Water Bill, Cell Phone Bill, and Gas Bill.
